Religious EducationParents, Catechists, & ParishionersOn behalf of all our dedicated catechists, I would like to extend to you a prayerful welcome as we all embark on a new year of religious education here at St. Joseph’s. We are excited to be able to join with your family as together we all travel the journey of faith, grow in the Good News, and bear witness to the fuller realization of God’s Kingdom here on earth. This new site and revised handbook are both designed to answer questions that might arise over the course of the year and to assist you, the parents, in your primary role as educators of your children. By becoming acquainted with the philosophy, policies and other items included here, I hope you will come to a better understanding of the process of catechesis and the importance of your participation as parents in the religious education of the children of our parish. Religious Education FormWith the end of classes in sight, it is time once again to register your children for the 2008/2009 Religious Education classes at St. Joseph’s Church…
Vacation Bible School is coming to Saint Joseph's the Summer of 2008!
Please let us know if you and your children would be interested in participating. As attendance will be limited to 60 children, we would like to give those of you who have supported our parish's Catechetical Ministry the first opportunity to express your intent. We are wondering whether an AM (9 to noon) or PM (6 to 8:30) VBS would work best for you and your family. Of Course, we are looking for volunteers as well! Please contact: Patti Coonce at this email address or 455-8720.
